HIDDEN MANNA FOOD PLAN

“…to the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna”

While you sleep at night your body detoxes and rebuilds the tissues.  If you get a significant level of omega-6 in your diet your new cells will have a healthy cell wall and mitochondria and have good oxidation.  Over time you will get a new younger body.  My favorites are black cumin seed oil, hemp seed oil and seeds, sesame seed oil and butter(tahini) and Walnuts.  Flood your body with them.

First thing in the morning, make a shake and drink a Rain SOUL; the ultimate Omega-6 elixir. (Rub liquid on painful joints or use on face as serum).

BREAKFAST

            Omega 6 smoothie:  Add ½ cup of coconut milk to 5 tablespoons of hempseeds (blended well to breakdown), then blend in ½ cup of frozen blueberries and a Rain CORE (CORE is the ultimate omega-6 detox for auto-immune, diabetes and thyroid issues).

NOON MEAL

            Gluten free pasta.  “The Ultimate Vegan Pesto Recipe with Hemp”.  Substitute hemp seed oil for the olive oil and add chopped walnuts for an extremely high omega-6 sauce.

AFTER NOON

            Shake and drink a Rain CORE

SUPPER (light meal so it does not interfere with digestion during sleep)

            Baby spinach & baby kale salad with olives, sprouts, chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, sunflower or pumpkin seeds).  Hemp seed oil with balsamic vinegar dressing with crushed garlic. Sea Salt and Black Pepper.

Last thing before going to bed, shake and drink a Rain SOUL (rubbing liquid on painful joints or use on face as serum).

Beverage during the day

Green Tea with medicinal mushrooms (especially lions mane, and Reishi).  If sweetened, use a little honey, stevia, or monk fruit.

Supplements daily:

10,000 to 25,000 units of vitamin D3 with K2.

100 to 300mg of magnesium glycinate, and a good selenium & zinc.

If unable to afford the premium omega-6 Rain products Soul and Core take 1 teaspoon daily of black cumin seed oil and do some kind of detox smoothie to get rid of toxins daily.
